Questions gym owners ask.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing for 30 days. Then $3.49 a month for each member who has signed in. The branding plan and the session blocks are optional.
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. You start your plan when you are ready. Started before the last two days of the trial, nothing is charged until it ends.
- Do I pay for members who never sign in?
- No. A member is billed only from their first sign-in.
- What does my team have to do?
- Add your members, or put the QR code on the desk. That is all.
- I already use software to run my gym.
- Keep it. Mr Z is a coach for your members and works beside anything you use. Export your members as a spreadsheet and import them in one go.
- Do members need a password?
- No. They type the email you registered and get a 6 digit code.
- Can members pay me online?
- Yes. Set a monthly price and up to 3 session packs, connect the payment account you already use, and members pay you from your join page. The money goes to you directly; we take nothing on these sales.
- Can the app carry my logo and my own web address?
- Yes, with the branding plan, free for the first 30 days. The yearly plan includes a new web address; on either plan you can connect one you already own.
- Which languages does it speak?
- 11, Arabic included. Each member picks their own, and so do you.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Without a plan, your members' app pauses until you start one. Start it and they are back, with everything they logged.
- How do I cancel?
- In your console, under Manage billing. Your data and settings are kept, so starting again brings everything back as it was.
- Can I run more than one gym?
- Each account runs one gym. Open each further location with its own email address.
- Is it medical advice?
- No. It is fitness coaching. You can switch on a health questionnaire for your members in your console.
